January is National Mentor Month and a great time to reflect on the work that women business owners in Oklahoma are doing to improve the lives of women in Afghanistan and Rwanda. Through the Peace Through Business program at the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women, females in Oklahoma mentor women business owners in both countries so they can develop their businesses and become even stronger advocates for peace.
